The A.C.E.S (Advocacy, Community, Equity, Service) Program welcomed Senator Andrew Gounardes, Co-Director of The Center for Family Life Julie Stein Brockway, and Fort Hamilton’s Own Social Studies Teacher Randy Kaminsky to discuss civic engagement.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be conducted virtually on the evening of Wednesday, November 10, and the afternoon of Friday, November 12. Schools will be closed on Thursday, November 11, 2021 in honor of Veterans Day. Dessa Survey Information and Device request forms are available.

Identifying and supporting the social-emotional growth of all students at Fort Hamilton High School is important to us, we are excited to begin administering a strengths-based SEL screener, known as the Devereaux Student Strengths Assessment (DESSA). This tool will be completed by their teacher, beginning Wednesday, November 3, 2021.

Student DOE Email Accounts will be updated this week. Students will be provided directions on accessing and updating account information.
